I have a few friends that I swap mail art with off and on and I have to say that it is one of my favorite surprises in life…there is nothing better than going to your mailbox, expecting the same old junk mail, bills, etc. and seeing something wonderful and unexpected there waiting for you. It’s like Christmas, but better. Randi sent me this awesome piece and it was really kind of karmic how fitting the theme was in my life at this very moment…interesting how that works sometimes. BTW, if you aren’t familiar with her art journaling book (deck of cards really) “Wide Open” you should really check it out…she has inspired my journaling in a lot of different ways…thanks Randi!
